ClaimCheck Pty Ltd (“ClaimCheck”) provides an online educational tool that generates settlement range estimates for personal injury claims based on publicly available data. ClaimCheck is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
2. Not legal advice
The information provided by ClaimCheck, including settlement estimates, claim strength scores, and reports, is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, and no solicitor-client relationship is created by using our service. You should always consult a qualified lawyer for advice specific to your situation.
3. No guarantees
Settlement estimates are based on analysis of published decisions and publicly available data. Actual claim outcomes may vary significantly. ClaimCheck makes no guarantees about the accuracy of estimates or the outcome of any claim.
4. Lawyer matching
ClaimCheck may introduce you to third-party lawyers who participate in our network. These lawyers are independent professionals. ClaimCheck does not control, endorse, or guarantee their services. Any engagement with a lawyer is a separate relationship governed by their own terms.
5. User obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not attempt to manipulate or abuse the service
- Not submit more than 3 claims per 24-hour period
6. Cost
ClaimCheck is free for users. Lawyers in our network pay a referral fee when a user chooses to connect with them. You are never charged for using ClaimCheck.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimCheck is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our service, reliance on our estimates, or any interaction with lawyers in our network.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new “last updated” date.
